100 watts is only about 3dB louder, and you could make a standard overtone 22 watts if you swap out the tubes for 6V6's you just need to change the impedance selector on the amp because theres an impedance mismatch.

well i use a hiwatt rightnow with a 4x12 with greenbacks and it still is pretty bright. I have a very bright guitar. so i thought that the G12H's would go pretty nicely with my hiwatt and/or my OTS.

Hey Marin i have a tech 21 boost D.L.A. and its amazing, its all analog and you can dial in a tube tape echo sound perfectly, it even can get a "warble" effect that tape echoes get from worn out components. or you can get a nice warm slap back. It has a tone knob to dial in the warmness or brightness of the delay and it also has a built in boost which is quite nice.

I was thinking of getting two speaker cabs for my overtone that will be arriving soon. One will be an avatar 2x12 with Celestion G12H30 speakers(not heritage), the other will be a small 16lbs rotating speaker cab with a 50 watt jensen 10'' speaker.
What do you guys think of this? will this work? both speaker cabs will be 8ohms.
Thanks -JD
