hmmmm what do you think using an ac30 tranny would sound like?

  it would sound all right, but not as good as the DC30 transformer. I should know, we build them. My Dad designed all the original Matchless transformers, and we build them all by hand. If i can help let me know. Might be cheaper than you think...  Bob, Transformer Design and Supply
