I have heard great things about WGS speakers so decided to give them a try.  I ordered et65 and veteran 30 combo for my 2x12 which I will test this weekend and I bought a reaper hp for a 1x12.  I heard someone say that this speaker won't work but the WGS guys said it definitely will and said it was their personal favorite speaker.  What are your thoughts?

You'll love it. I have the ET65/Veteran 30 combo in a 2X12 open back Avatar cabinet. It sounds awesome. WGS has great speakers. I thought about going with the Retro 30 instead of the Veteran 30. I'm happy with the choice. If I was going for a 1X12 the Reaper or Reaper HP would most definitely be on the short list. I'm pretty sure you will be quite happy.

Also, even though they sound great from the start, as they break in they get even better.

I have a retro 30 in a Red Plate combo, ceramic smooth cone tens in my Victoria and a ceramic 15 that I use with my HRM 100. Excellent speakers, one of the best deals out there. I would definitely buy more of their stuff.
