Thats a tone which I like too. Not really RF territory, but it works for me.

This is a guitar which I had made here in Italy for me. It is versatile and has a nice tone.

thanks

Marin

Why do you think it's not RF territory? I think if you phrased like him, and maybe backed the gain off a tiny bit, it would nail his tone!!!

Hey Marin,

Great sounding clip.  I like this one the best.  I would love to hear the same clip and playing with a little less...ummm..."hair".  It seems to be getting pretty wild in some parts...for that style of playing..lol.  You and SPM are the Overtone clip "meisters".  Love it, thanks.

Hey thanks.

Do you mean "gain" by "hair"?

When I heard the recording, I did notice that it had a bit more gain than what I was hearing in the room. I am new with the amp and cab and I still need to put into relation what I am hearing and what the mike is picking up (I hate playing with headphones). I left the "boost" on because it didn't sound thick enough to me. After hearing the recording, perhaps I could have left it out, or backed off the gain.

I had a bad tube when it arrived which I had replaced with another bad tube (my luck!). Now I have a good one and the OD of the amp just came together, so I am enjoying that part now.

Hey, it part of the fun discovering the various tones. I have had some busy weeks lately so I have spent maybe 10 hours total with the (most of its on Youtube!).
