I usually put a dehumidifier inside the cab of my amps. Is this bad for any components? WOuld the caps dry out? Also while building my ceriatone OTS, I put a dehumidifier in the chassis and cover it up. I dehumidify because it is damp here and that issue has a lot of adverse effects on some components and also cosmetically. The pots would even get molds sometimes and metal become brittle with humidity.

Thanks,
Nico

No, it won't affect the sealed electrolytic caps.

Perfectly fine to use a dehumidifier.
