It's very simple .... the HRM only sounded good with active pickups with this MOD now he plays well with any guitar especially the bass are more defined .... I like that!

Thanks for the explanation. I have a std OTS and I am about to convert it to a HRM so I might try your mod at the same time. I play a Suhr with Single coils so it should be a help.

change in capacitor between 150k and 100k, 500p to 250p is much better....
