The gab at the right side between amp and cabinet is much bigger than on the left side (looking at the front plate),is this adjustable?

not easy. Therefore you will need to reposition the screws on top of your amp.
(or redrill the holes in the ampchassis)

Is there a big difference?
Do you have pix?

Try just loosening the screws and shunting it over a bit. Not sure how large the holes are that Nik has drilled, but I suspect 5mm or so which will allow a bit of movement.
