hi there i am very close to ordering an amp form nik but wondered what the uk custom import duties are or where i could find them

Just the VAT to pay plus a £10 fee to the carrier for the privelege of having them collect the tax off you.

but really, for the UK it comes to near enough to adding 20% to the cost incl delivery (you pay VAT + 2% or so duty)
