You need to contact TDS and get their spec sheet/schematic for the transformer. They may also be able to translate the color code from the Ceriatone color code. Unfortunately, they have been a bit slow to get content up to their new website, otherwise you can typically download the specs.

But this isn't a Lego set, if you don't know about how the primary and secondaries work and are just going by the layout picture, then I highly recommend you have a professional install it.

And once your done, follow a through start-up procedure to make sure you have it right.

The transformer wiring matches the diagrams on the Westlabs site. My Dizzy 30 with TDS transformers was just finished in January and sounds great! You'll like them.
