Title: tds Power transformer connections Post by: motownriots on April 12, 2012, 12:52:18 PM Gday I've just received my first dz30, i had it pre assembled without the transformers. I ordered the dc30 set of transformers from TDS (http://www.transformerdesignandsupply.com/2701.html). can someone help me out with which wire goes where ??? I'm new to amp building but not new to soldering etc. the colours are different from the ceriatone layout and i have been looking at photos of builds for hours! i think I've got everything in the right place except for power, which i am in Australia so it needs 240v. hope someone can help me i want to play my amp!!!!! They may also be able to translate the color code from the Ceriatone color code. Unfortunately, they have been a bit slow to get content up to their new website, otherwise you can typically download the specs.
But this isn't a Lego set, if you don't know about how the primary and secondaries work and are just going by the layout picture, then I highly recommend you have a professional install it.
