Wha's the sound like with the G65-12 (I have a cab with but no amp yet). Do you have the latest amp layout?

Well, I just started playing this amp with 65 speaker... up to now, I was using my Greenback cab. My amp is still stock (first layout), didn't wanted to touch anything 'cause I didn't know how the cab will sounds like.
Maybe later on, I will decide to mod the amp.

Thanks guys

took me a few months to find the material and the right people for the job. For example the tolex/leather thing, I took the amp to a pro who does car interior for living. Those stitches are way cool don't you think so?  Wink
... on the end it was worth it.

 Cool

Did you you build this cab yourself?  I have an overtone without a cab and I am looking for someone to build me a head cab for it.  If anyone knows of anyone, let me know.  The stock cabs that Nik has just don't appeal to me.

I had a lot of help from my carpenter friend. And leather was a done by a pro, like I said in a couple of posts above.

Maybe this can help you a little....

That`s a great looking amp mate..!
Was it inspired by Robben Ford`s combo, as it looks very similar to his one that`s green & tan..?  Could you supply the weight..? Cheers.

Thanks for a great post and for sharing the dimensions. That's exactly what I am looking to get into when I am done. FYI, the grille cloth looks a bit loose, maybe hit it with a hairdryer again to shrink it back up? Awesome combo. Really nice.
