SPM, great sounding clips! Have you tried any pedals in front yet? Not that it needs them the amps od sounds very good.

Nik hit a home run on this amp.

Not test pedals yet but i tried to record some clean tone and maybe some
pedals later...
BTW ... T-rex replica sounds quite good on loop ..

Pedals are great with the Overtone but to be honest the OD is so good that all my dirt pedals have been in sleep mode..lol....still on the board but idle.  DD20 in the loop is all I need with this amp.  Remember everyone if you use the loop...patch length cables only and don't load the loop with effects.

What do you guys use.  1 x g12-65 or a cab with 2 x g12-65.

Not sure what to go for.

UPDATE:

I have update this link with a better clip.

1 minute of low gain lead
1 minute of medium gain lead
1 minute of higher gain lead.

I seems to like my Anderson Classic. Speaker 1x12 G12-65. SM57 microphone. SW delay and reverb,

Hey...thanks for sharing the clips!!!  I like the mids that the Anderson adds versus the Strat.  Other than more gain, how different were the amp settings?  Also, have you played with the internal trim pots yet?

thanks!
-Jeff

And another which i did this moring. Higher gain lead with a bit of delay:

Yes, it seems to like the Anderson better. I have updated the link above with a new video. Check it out.

No, I haven't touched the internal pots.

Hey Guys,

What are some good 6L6 valves.  I was thinking either TAD 6L6WGC (Small bottle type) or Svetlana Winged C 6L6GC

Any recommendations?
