I want to thank all the guys who helped me through my first build (0TS50).
When I first fired it up, it squealed like a pig and my heart sank into my shoes.
I would never be able to figure out what was wrong.  So I put out the call, and SoundPerf came to the rescue.
The OT primaries ended up having to be reversed from the diagram.

Left it on for a couple of days, then gigged with it tonite. It was inspiring.   Maybe I've just hyped myself up, but that was the most fun I've ever had playing a new amp.  A friend who's seen my band many times said it was the best he's ever heard me.
So  thanks again to the 'helpers' and those of you who are a noob like me, don't be afraid - just do it.

You're welcome..someone came to my rescue too, so I just was trying to pass it on. And it's not "hype".  I've have played a lot of nice amps, but this is the first amp that just puts a smile on my face everytime and makes it really hard to put the guitar down from playing. It's a true inspiration to play.

I don't have any facts to prove this, but I think a lot of us guys that find our "guitar playing lifes" journey ending up with a D-style amp have some things in common. I'm 46 and been playing since I was 14 or 15 yrs. old. I'm past the time of ever being some "rock guitar god" Tongue Yet I have come to a point in time where my playing is compenent enough to really appreciate playing an amp like this. An amp that is so touch sensitive and sensitive in many other way, that it boost my playing just that much more that it makes a very profound difference.

Play On......... Smiley
