Hi everybody,

in winter 2019/2020 I built a British Style 2550. I used the layout from July 1, 2018.

The amp basically sounds very good, but it seems to work differently to the original Marshall. I often read in the Marshall forums that the clean channel is supposed to be very, very loud. This is not the case with my amp.

In the Clean Channel at full output master and full input gain, it is by no means as loud as a typical amplifier with 50 watts. The clean channel is significantly quieter than the lead channel. What could be the reason for this?

Thanks a lot for your ideas!
