I've had a problem with my HRM which I received in Jan 2011.This thing has not worked properly since day one!  After many e-mails, a video sent documenting the problem. I still have not been able to use this amp. The problem with buying an amp 1/2 way around the world, is if there's a problem, your on your own. There's no recoarse. If i could do it again... I wouldn't!

Where do you live? Have you looked here?

If you actually ask some specific questions in the "overtone" section or elsewhere here on the site, you will get help. It really seems like you're not willing to help yourself. These are great amps and well worth the money. It's not like no other companys out there can have a defective unit now and then.
