Title: Jubilee Post by: mocklah on November 05, 2007, 05:38:10 PM hello everyone,
i've been reading rumors of a jubilee clone from CeriaTone. i would love to have one (minus the ch switching). any news on that? if not, consider this a suggestion. thanks. Title: Re: Jubilee Post by: 4nkam on November 05, 2007, 07:51:54 PM You know I was thinking a Jubilee clone would be very sweet!
Title: Re: Jubilee Post by: archtop on November 05, 2007, 08:38:16 PM I imagine there would be a lot of interest in a jubilee, just due to the reputation of the amp. I recorded on one a little while back, and it was cool, but I don't think I 'got' what it is that people really like about it.
What's special about it? Is it the half power switch... the master volume? I think form my one experience, I felt that it was pretty similar sounding to a 2204 0r 2203. Title: Re: Jubilee Post by: rachelle amps on November 05, 2007, 09:23:19 PM I have seen them with a 25/50 power switch and it has a diode clipping circuit (basically a built in distortion pedal). I love the chrome front panel on the Jubes! More info here on the 2550:

Title: Re: Jubilee Post by: Rock-On!! on September 16, 2008, 10:32:36 PM A Jubilee would be great.
Then I can retire my 1987 Jubilee stack. (http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y20/Rockon4eBay/2353%20Jubilee/172a_1a.jpg) Title: Re: Jubilee Post by: Brother_Budro on November 17, 2008, 06:24:43 PM i would love nik to put out a jubilee clone
it might make me sell my ceriatone 1987x for it though Title: Re: Jubilee Post by: Sparky on December 04, 2008, 06:09:06 PM Joe Bonamassa uses the silver Jubilee. I think the Slash model is very similar? So, make the silver jubilee and, along with the OTS, or maybe a two rock clone (he uses a CRS v1 as well) we'll see some big Joe B. multi-amp rigs for reasonable dough!
Title: Re: Jubilee Post by: JohnE on January 15, 2009, 06:18:30 PM The best Marshall ever! Nik, I will be the first to order this package from you. I believe these could out sell the OTS.
Any hope? Title: Re: Jubilee Post by: Miracle Man on February 02, 2009, 06:23:47 PM Wish granted people! Check the website and send in your orders for the new 2550!!!!!!! :chairdance:
Title: Re: Jubilee Post by: Brother_Budro on February 02, 2009, 10:39:02 PM i see it it's there :chairdance: !!!!
i need someone to get it and give a review will it have the silver front? and the half power and the diode clipping (surely) oh i can't wait Title: Re: Jubilee Post by: jimR8 on February 03, 2009, 11:39:16 AM According to the official Joe Bonamassa web site, the Slash model is very similar with additional gain. I played one a while back at a local GC and it was very nice. Good variety of harmonics and good clean tone. A bit difficult to dial in though.
Tones of info on Joe B.'s multi - amp set-up on his web site. Title: Re: Jubilee Post by: hywelg on February 03, 2009, 01:53:26 PM I really want to hear this.
