Nik, do you have any extension cords for the ODS footswitch, or can you recommend where to get one?

Thanks!

Really? Am I the only one who finds the cord just too short?

I'm pretty sure you could use any 1/4 inch stereo extension cable like one of these:

I'm not 100% sure whether shielded cable is required or not.  Depending on the circuit, I think it's possible that unshielded cable could introduce a little extra noise into the amp.  They're pretty cheap cables though, so IMO it's worth a try.

If you know how to solder, you can pretty easily make your own shielded cable to whatever length you want.

The footswitch for the OTS has a DIN connection.
there are 5 or 6 conductors inside cable .
What I would suggest is to contact Nik and ask what cable type he uses, then buy from local electrical supply whatever length you need and make up both ends, throw away old cable or save for later.
This will require soldering so if you ordered a prebuilt this may not be for you, but if you built your amp this will be the easiest thing to do, just match the wires up on both ends.

Oh, my apologies then.

I obviously don't own one of these, and assumed it was just a standard stereo cable.

django8, don't listen to what I said earlier.
