2  Ceriatone / Overtone / D-sound pre- or amp made ? on: June 06, 2008, 04:13:53 PM
Maybe it has been discussed before, but is the famous D@mble-sound produced or generated mainly by the pre-amp section or by the poweramp? or mabye the unique combination of the 2 ?
3  Ceriatone / Overtone / Re: All about my Klein-ulator on: June 04, 2008, 07:02:22 AM
Yes, klein-ulator can be ordered at Nik, as a separate device/stand alone.
Not intergrated in the Overtone.
Price about 120 usd up

Also half powerswitch on Overtone 100 w, is possible as a mod.

I think many of you guy's are happy now.

I just put a mail to Nik, to shed some light on this subject. Will keep you posted.

Hey guy's, i'm following your discussions for a certain period of time now.
Thanks for all the input, very interesting, as i think the loop is the weak point (?) of the Overtone, for the things i have in mind.
Would be nice to know if Nik is willing to build it into the Overtone now ?
thanks

6  Ceriatone / Overtone / Re: New Overtone available on: May 31, 2008, 08:26:25 AM
same crucial question for me. as am just about to order an Overtone.
50 or 100 watts ?
Maybe the best of both worlds, a 100 watts, with a half power switch ?
What you all think ??

Hi,

Thanks for the link.
""HRM"" has become (more) clear to me, only would like to hear the sound difference.
Think we have to wait for that, until this new amp/mod comes to the market.

However, for me, i'm not into the Fusion-HRM,  but more Blues-non HRM.

(But at the end, we want to tweak non the less...)

From what i hear from the clips, there is little to nothing to improve on the sound clean/distorted from the Overtone as is.  ... beautifull

Thanks & Bye Maus

Hello all,

I'm thinking over to order a Overtone.
Thanks for all your clips, very helpfull.

Especially Marin, for all your efforts and of course your nice playing....

2 questions;

Just got the info that a " HRM " is coming up.
Can anybody tell me the difference, with the Overtone ?

Where to find these nice backing tracks Marin is using?

Bye Maus
