Thanks for your input_ celestions have previously  been recommended too me , what style of music do you play? , i ask this so i have a better idea of the sound of the celestion blue, also what are you building your cab out of?

Hello to all, I am new to any type of forum at all , but have decided to speak up on this forum because It seems that there is a lot of like minded people and also I think the forum needs support to survive, I am currently setting out on my first build-a 5e3 based unit , I have purchased a chassis and pre assembled board from Nik, I already have the transformers that I purchased cheap only problem is that they are not centre tapped on the H/v so I will for now use a bridge rectifier- oh well I can always swap and change at a later date! I intend this amp to be a test and learning bed, any comments on cost effective speaker choices would be appreciated - Thanks-Josh
