Erwin is my new favorite builder. I have an amazing OTS-100 (Ojai mods/FM100) made by Erwin. Best amp I've ever tried. Hopefully, someday in the future I'll take some pics and clips for you all. Erwin, how about the cables?

As I'll swap the power tubes in my amp I guess I have to check both bias and trim the PI, correct? I don't have the equipment (scope and all) but I'll try to do it by ear. Hopefully I'll find the G-spot (8th fret of B-string)

Not familiar with the Modern Eagle mod but regarding a choke or not. The "Robben Ford Mod" is adding a resistor instead of a Choke. Yet, Robben has a choke in his Dumbles so it's actually the opposite

Interesting to finally hear a good recording of Niks take on the TKT amp. Can you compare it to any other Dumble amp? How's the clean tone or is it all about the lead channel? Sounds more "grainy". We want to hear some more! Hi Erwin

OTS50 is a good tweaked 50W Overdrive Special. The FM50 is a 50W version of the Bludotone Ojai. That amp is as as close to Robben Fords tan Dumble you will ever get.
