Thanks for the pics.  I ordered a cab from sourmash as well, for my HRM50 build that Nik is doing.  in rough blonde tolex with a salt and pepper grill, so should be fairly similar looking.  Can't wait, the clock is moving very slowly  Huh? Huh?

I originally ordered with the Kleinulator and then I saw a post somewhere saying that Nik had sold them a Dlator.  So I sent Nik a message and asked if it was available.  He said yes, that he's waiting on more parts right now, but he should have some available to ship by the time my amp is completed.  Can't wait......

34  Ceriatone / Overtone / Which OTS to pair with TW Express on: January 06, 2010, 05:21:19 AM
I have a great sounding TW Express Clone and looking for the OTS model that would work best with it in a multi-amp setup.
I'm new to the forum and have seen some of the write-ups about the S&M Special, Bluesmaster, HRM, etc, looking for any thoughts or feedback on pros/cons of each to use with the TW Express.
All of the clips sound great, so I know there's probably not a bad choice  Smiley

The things I love about the TW, going from great sounding cleans to full on overdrive with a simple turning up/down of the guitar volume knob.  It's amazing how the levels don't change dramatically but the overdrive and the thickness increase as the guitar volume is increased.  I just love playing through this amp !
What it doesn't do necessarily is the D-Ford type of lead tones, but I think that tone would work in concert with the TW, ala Bonamassa setup.
Thoughts or suggestions welcomed.
thanks,
sean

Is the HRM 50 a channel switching amp as well, or single channel?
thanks
36  Custom amp building, Prototypes and other amps / SoundClips / HRM Clean, semi-dirty on: December 17, 2009, 05:58:14 PM
Anyone have any clips of an HRM 50 or 100 with guitar volume rolled off to get the clean and semi-dirty tones?  I have a TW Express clone that does this really well and want to compare how the HRM responds.
thanks,
sean
