LOL , you beat me to it.

I'm just about to order an Expression kit , and saw the "Rock it" kit.
Now I'm wondering Huh?? whats the Rock it ??

Hey NIK , this is where alittle more info about the Kits or models would be handy. I'm more a player than an amp builder and i would think alot of people buy your stuff to play thru rather than for the building experience/pleasure.

This is no way a critisism of you or your business , just a suggestion for the website, which i would say it where 90% of your business come from. I could be wrong.

So what the hell is a Rock it ??

thanks for the reply ,
your work looks great , congratulations on a fine job.
i also was going to put the chassis into a marshall style cabinet. i assume there's plenty of room above the transformers then , that was a concern of mine as the proper cabinets looks taller , maybe just becasue they are narrower. Huh?
I think i will go for the tonesluts for my first amp.
What do 2 PPIMV do Huh? , i thought it was basically a master volume.  Do you have one for the preamp section and another for the power Huh?
By clipper stage bypass do you mean - preamp stage  Huh?  this means you can just run the head as a power amp ??
again thanks for your help.

Hi i'm new to the forum and to the world of Ceriatone Amps.

I am considering the TW expression kit and obviously to save on shipping costs , was going to source my own power and output transformers.

My question is ,  i have researched that Mercury magnetics and Toneslut are two possible choices.

Firstly the MM set is over Double the price of the Tonelsut.
Has anyone had experiences with either , is the price justifed for the MM over the toneslut and is there any other choices out there.

I'm in Australia and wanting to order very soon but want to sort this out prior to ordering.

I've also looked into the mod's for this model , and wondering what people would recommend.

I'm looking obviously to maintain tone, but can't discount the benefits of a master volume or half power switch, also maybe an FX loop , any thoughts suggestions ??

This is going to be 95% home studio amp.

I'm also considering a Plexi 50 lead for a gigging amp , so should i keep the TW express Huh?? unspoilt so to speak

Appreciate any guidance you guys may be able to offer.

Cheers
