I have bought a 220 volt Fan (are not expensive) for my Creme Brulee . Connect it to the 110 volt tap to make it work slower. No need for a transformer.

Hi, I Have put some sound clips on youtube comparing the two. Let me know what you think...... Every video has 2 parts with P1 Ceriatone P2 Westlabs Some technical information. Westlabs 15 W 21,65 V Primary 1 V secundary. 21,65 x 21,65 = 468,7225 x 8 = 3749 Ceriatone 18W 44,83 V Primary 1 V secundary 44,83 x 44,83 = 2009,7289 x 8 = 16077 I do not have a tone generator, so i only used a Variac.
