I just completed a Lightning chassis here in Sheffield built with Vox AC15 transformers. I just started the combo which at the moment is just the sides and battons to suport the front and back boards.

It has been made with a Variable Voltage Regulator which is a pot switch rather than the on/off toggle switch. Turn it on and all the way up and it's as normal, orlower the pot and IOU lower the voltage and get a low volume but wonderful distortion. 

Open to offers. You can even have it as just chassis and withor without valves.   

That looks great and is exactly what i want to make. have you got more details about the black spray and the letters. I'm in England.

Would somebody please tell me what both the Dumbleator and the Kleinulator are for?

what are the dimensions of the supporting beam above the grille cloth and under the chassis, how far back into the head does it go?

What do the snubbers do then? i do have 330pF spares if they would be a better choice?

Do you mean in the way they are resting near each other in the amp, or possible cross connection (shorts) on he tubes?
