1  Muchless / DC 30 / Standby Switch wiring on DZ30 layout circa 2010 on: October 19, 2011, 04:19:52 PM
Hi,

Just a bit curious...  What is the point of the resistor / capacitor combination on the standby switch on the 2010 DZ30 layout?  In the "on" position it simply makes 100% continuity between Y & X which is what you'd expect of a standby switch.  In the "off" position it appears to only slightly limit the current... 


I don't doubt the authenticity of this circuit. I just don't get it.  Can someone help me understand what's going on here?
