hey thanks alot for the advice. i actually spoke to nik from ceriatone and he did mention that a 5-watt would be equivalent to a 30-watt solid state. he's currently got a 5-watter sitting at his office, might check that out.

hi guys
i have a noobie question. was thinking of getting a 5-watter for use in my apartment. problem is, i've heard that even these babies might be too loud?

any advice?
