just an FYI
if you use the Mercury ot for this amp its brown then blue. brown starts. the schem or layout for this amp and its OT oare blue brown. You can always just switch the wires off the plates of the PI too.. a little easier.

Someone here posted some good tips on getting the FET voltage right. I have used this circuit before in another amp and it acted different more like a screaming tree effect which was really cool. I think a resistor needs to be dropped in value.. anyone remember who posted that thanx

British Style / JTM 45, 50 / bias question

I have a JTM45 ceriatone on the bench. looks like it was dropped. Installed new power tubes. bias ris runaway. goes up to about 62 watts each before I turn it off should i replace the rectifier and try again? thanx

yeah I see that one only. So I guess I have a spare. So I dont want that circuit across the pre and post? ? was it a bright saver? thanx thanx for the response. Not much activity here.
