I've had a problem with my HRM which I received in Jan 2011.This thing has not worked properly since day one! After many e-mails, a video sent documenting the problem. I still have not been able to use this amp. The problem with buying an amp 1/2 way around the world, is if there's a problem, your on your own. There's no recoarse. If i could do it again... I wouldn't!

I've been having problems with my HRM amp from day one. I sent Nik a video of the problem and It still has not been resolved. The main volume control cuts out, goes to full volume when at 0, drops out between 3-5. The pilot light burned out after 2 days. The power switch on the c-lator broke right off the first day! I'm not Happy!
