Hi,  I am a bit confused with my OTS S&M build. I recently completed my build but all three preamp tubes and one power amp tube don't light up. This might be a very easy problem for experienced builders but this is my first amp and I don't have any background in doing anything like this so I am quite puzzled. Anyone can shed some light on this problem?
