I made a finger jointed cabinet out of solid pine from the 1950`s. Just happened to be what the reclaimed wood place had that was wide enough.
Also used an old 20 watt celestion G12s which is very efficient.

I have played several old tweed fenders and my ceriatone is right up there with the best, including the rather obstinate mains hum!
I really must re-dress  the supply leads.

If you build it exactly from either Niks drawings or one of the many %e3 schematis available it whould be pretty much an exact copy. Only thing different will be the age of the components and non-USA capacitors etc.

The more you pay the closer you get....

I am wondering about doing a vibroverb or a piggy back tremolux next....
