I'm pretty sure you could use any 1/4 inch stereo extension cable like one of these:

I'm not 100% sure whether shielded cable is required or not.  Depending on the circuit, I think it's possible that unshielded cable could introduce a little extra noise into the amp.  They're pretty cheap cables though, so IMO it's worth a try.

If you know how to solder, you can pretty easily make your own shielded cable to whatever length you want.

Would this have a similar sound to an Orange amp, or just similar in size?

I would love to get an Orange sounding, low-watt Ceriatone amp for that kind of price.
