To clarify, I am building my own brand of amps, using Ceriatone parts. The amp used here was basically a Plexi50 Lead kit, but with shared cathode on V1.

If you ask me, the main problem is that people are afraid to find out that their magical fairydust amp can be copied, because in the end it's just a bunch of components well chosen.

But let's not derail this thread

No need to feel down man.

As long as people are still buying and enjoying your amps, who cares about them nitpickers??
All they do is try to bash you, they'll never buy anything from you anyway so why bother.

I have some great samples played by a professional musician who has one of my Plexi 50W.
It would require a link to a page on my site, anyone has a problem with that?

I have an order to build a 20W L&B and decided to build twins so I can keep one for myself

For starters I'd day loose the categories for different amps. Just keep the Britsh Style, American Style, etc.

Same here. I was on very good terms with a local builder until I decided to start my own small amp bizz. He hasn't talked to me since

Nik, however, has always been very supportive and helpful, that's why he has been my main supplier for my amps for quite some time now.

To be honest, I think there's a little bit too many categories right now.
It is hard to choose where to post and reading a lot requires a lot of switching between categories.
