Nice, he's coming to belgium as well ! tomorrow, hope there are still some seats.
I love this guy's tone. Two rock i believe ? any idea on which overtone would get closest to the two-rock tone ?
The Two Rock custom reverb is low plate skyliner. A normal OTS is modable to this specs(without the reverb). The fx loop has the recovery part of a dumblelator built in.

For your questions: http://www.ceriatone.com/Manuals/ceriatone%20bm%20hrm%2050w%20100w%20manual.pdfMetal 6L6 are solid state and sound like crap. Better wait with tuning till there are some decent tubes in it. Cheers , Erwin Hello everyone , i'm new on the forum !! I recently purchassed a 100w bluesmaster kit from ceriatone . I put in it mercury tranies as it wasen't not much expensive ,well my question is : how does the od trim works , cause it seems to be just an other volume level for the the od .. as i have build the amp myself, could have done some mistakes !! An other thing is on the clean chanel i don't have so much treeble i have to put it on 10 with the pull bright on to have a decent sound ( i'm playing with a strat ) maybe it comes from the power tubes as they are old ones from a friend ( 2 of them are metal 6l6 ..!) i'm waiting for svetlana winged c ... one last thing is that the od chanel is two times more powerfull than the the clean ..is this normal ? maybe i have to adjust it with the od trim !! thank you very much for your help and advices !! math.

Erwin, you don't have time for this! Go to work! If you need help to lift that PT, I'll send some Vikings from the cold north! Hi Johan, I'm on a tight schedule and not all parts have arrived yet. So only mounting hardware and a little soldering. Meanwhile I'm working out with that superheavy twin reverb PT you sent. I can feel my muscle growing

Hi erwin_ve, I have a early 2008 50 watt ods which I have upgraded to a 100 watt with Mercury magnetics transformers, but I have never been happy with the od sound and the clean sound is not as clear as I would like. I would appreciate it if you could show me some of the mods you did to get that sound. I also use a heritage 2 x 12 cab with g12-65 speakers. regards riverman
E-mail with schematic sent. Erwin, Was wondering if you could send me a copy of the schematic. I'm working on fine-tuning my 100W bluesmaster build. Much appreciated. vadavis (at) yahoo (dot) com Schematic sent!

thanks guys! @sduck, just noticed that i had the wrong resistance on there, just typed 68 into mouser, and, well you see the results.
I also noticed that the HRM non BM, MKII and the OTS series amps all have 150k slope resistors... hmm i see another possible 3 position toggle with the three values for versatility... what do ya'll think??
The OTS series and HRM/MkII do have a different tonestack(skyliner). Off course you can try different slope resistors, but the higher you go with your slope resistor the less responsive your tonestack will be and maybe not so pleasant with a bluesmaster tonestack. Anyway: try and see for yourself; it isn't hard to do and is always nice to see the outcome of the experiment.

Ceriatone / Overtone / Re: HRM Internal Tonestack Bypass Options
|

I have been studying the layout for a while and i *think* i know which wire to put a mini toggle on to bypass the internal tonestack, but i'm not sure. Can anyone advise? What happens if the Jazz setting and the Rock setting don't make there supposed connection at the toggle switch? Edit: I'm a moron, didn't read carefully. Put a toggle switch with a high value resistor(22M) to the bottom end of the HRM tonestack. So you can select between the 100R and 22M.

Nice soundclip, great playing! I see some interesting things: flying heater wires! and a Haar Tele(from my country).
