Wow,sander that sounds very thin,you are sure your amp is oke?

How to measure my plate voltages on my OTS normal,if possible with a foto from the measuring points
(i am a bit scarry),wich voltages? tubes in or out?

I can only recommend TRY one before you buy , because it is not a super amp or a holy grail or buy a zendrive witch give the same results with any good tube-amp!!!
If you follow this forum you see that a lott of people are searching for a better sound out of these amps
by tweaking,replace little parts ect. ect.
It is a nice,old skool amp,witch needs some effects to sound nice,so try one first.

Why does every body use these things,i am happy with my Boss GT-10 in front of the amp.Is my sound getting better with one of those ---lators?, and how?

When i put my amp on jazz there is lot of bass los,a very thin sound (more highs),is this normal?

With some compression and delay i can live with it,still i think there is difference in the delivered OTS amps.

In the weekend i tried a jan-philips 5751 in V1 and a TAD 12ax7 in V2 witch sound a lot better.
I'am trying to get this kind of sound      is this a recording with some effects? or does the speaker make a lot of difference?

Can any one please post some recordings from a overtone special without any effects,i,am still not happy with my one,I think it sound dull , not organic.

My overdrive trimmer is on the outside ,so i can play with it, i have the OTS normal.
Mayby i have to experiment with the speakers or sell this amp and buy a bogner or fuchs.
