Hi! I think the Bluesmaster clean tone is very close to a TR clean sound!!! As already written with my BM and a 2x10" box I get almost the clean sound of Matt Schofield! John Mayer clean tone is also no problem (EV 12L speaker;-)) I think you can modify your OTs so that you have also a BM clean tone. The BM has a fantastic clean sound!!!! I hope i could help you!

Yesterday I played my Bluesmaster over a 2x10 cab. There were two Weber 10F150 speaker in it. It sounded incredibly good!!!!! Believe it or not, with a little patience at the controls you get the Matt Schofield TR clean tone!!! No Joke!!! OK, you still need his fingers;-) If someone is looking for the tone of Matt Schofield and does not want (or can) buy a TR, I can recommend the Bluemaster with a 2x10 cabinet very much!!! I am saving already for such a 2x10 cabinet...

May be that Stevie Ray Vaughan played an Overdrive Special? Please take a look at this SRV video: I think John Mayer owns and plays one - see pic! But anyway, BM and OTS are all both great amps. You can do nothing wrong with both!

Hello everybody! I ordered about a week ago the Bluesmaster 100W Head from Nik. It would be advisable to buy even the C-lator (or Kleinulator)? Sounds the BM with the c-lator really better (also in the clean channel)? What are the differences in sound? Many thanks in advance for all your help! PS: I will mainly only use the clean channel (clean sound) and turn analog overdrive pedals in front.

bigwebb83: very nice clean sound! For aprox one week i've orderd from Nik a HRM Bluesmaster 100W Top. I'm looking forward immensely to the clean tone of the BM:-))) Pickmaster: also great sounds from your Overtone amp! As always;-) I'm new here at this forum and a great Ceriatone Fan!
