Just wondering what tube types can be run in these, I just picked up a Plexi Lead 50 watter, output tranny says it's a 2009. With proper biasing what all can be run in there?

Yeah.....you can, but it probably will not bias correctly. I believe the bias splitters will be 150k instead of 220k, and you may have to change the the sweep resistor an the bias range resistor in the negative bias circuit. Might make it easier for you (because I am not 100% sure) if you look at a Marshall schematic that runs 6550.
