I'm considering ordering a Jenkins 2X12 cab for my OTS.  Has anyone had experience with the Jenkins cabinets?

Check out the Glaswerks 2x12.  If they are close money wise, grab the Glaswerks.  Yes I've heard it and Robben wouldn't hesitate to use it.
