Title: TC Electronic Hall Of Fame Reverb Pedal
Post by: AdrianJ on May 10, 2012, 03:39:29 PM
So I'm wondering, will this pedal work in the loop of an OTS without a C-Lator??

Have not used the pedal named in the OP but do often use a TC electronics Nova System multi effect pedal in the loop and it's great with no 'lator, playing home and out...It allows precise adjustment of each effect, and the adjustments work where I can set a reverb I like, a delay as well as a tremolo that is changed in duration for the delay and the speed of the trem simultaneouly with use of the tap tempo switch.

Ummm,. double post, misleading sentence.

The reverb is adjusted separately, the delay and trem both work off the tap tempo the way I have it set up, series/parallell routing within the TC Nova pedal.

Klator INSIDE amp head. It fits snuggly & perfectly, under the small tubes side of th eamp). I just had to unscrew the back panel & screw it again, after fitting the Klein in - so I can forget about it.

I like that idea, have you secured it in there and if so how?? (just Velcro like on a pedal board?)

I like that TC pedal lots too except that the tremolo is the worst sounding trem I've ever heard, it is not smooth.  It works great within a band mix, just not for solo recording.  Add an active pedal steel volume pedal from Hilton electronics and you have the recipe for controlled, singing sustain anywhere plus a decent array of FX.

I know how that is!  Sometimes I forget to use it playing out!

Oooo so I know this was a dead post but no one actually answered the OP question directly (as far as I saw) the answer is that I do have the TC Hall of Fame and run it through the effects loop with no buffer because the pedal was specifically disigned to do so and it sounds wonderful!!!
:).

Hope this helps any future readers
