Hello Everyone. I am considering getting a ceriatone and not sure what to get.

After spending a day looking at Youtube I think I have narrowed it down to 2. Either the Overtone or the DC30.

So I am after some advice.

1. My main goal is a really nice clean sound. (I have 3 Marshalls so I have overdrive covered Smiley. I guess a nice Fendery/Vox sound is my best description. Years ago I had a twin reissue (that was too loud) but it had a lovely clean sound.

I like the extra options the Overtone has but I have not heard any really clean tones as yet and I am concerned that it might not lend itself to awesome clean sounds.

2. I have a JCM900 2 x 12 Combo that I have never liked much and I am thinking I could pull the amp out of that and use it to house Ceriatone. Anyone tired this.

3. Lastly....Is it a major mod/extra to add reverb? or am I better off getting a decent pedal.

Thanks for your time.

I just reread my post. What I am meaning is that the clean sounds I have heard on youtube are very Jazzy sounds.

Thanks

There are loads of sound samples on Ceriatone's website.
This is one of them - Overtone clean and strat

DC-30 and Overtone both have great cleans.
