Post by: Mondoslug on May 06, 2008, 12:43:53 PM
Anybody know what wire's what? I suppose I should just open the footswitch & see but looking to go 5 pin midi cable out of the amp into two 1/4" mono jacks to put into two loops of a switcher.

TIA!

It's not a regular 5pin DIN connector.
A Midi cable won't fit in the Overtone connector.
The three pins in the middle are the ones you need.
Centre pin is ground, other two are OD and PAB.
The two outside pins are Voltage carriers for the Leds in the Footswitch.

Okay thanks...yeah I was pretty sure only 3 were being used but didn't know it wasn't a regular 5 pin midi connector. Thanks!
