What ya'll think??  It was fun build and I though the amp deserves everyone to be able to peek inside.

First, thank you for all the nice comments.  Critiques are welcome too, of course.

The channels are cut on the table saw using a sliding sled that holds the cab at 45 deg. to the blade.  The string is hardware store grade hookup wire...lol.  Tolexing is a bit more involved than a simple cut corner but I like the look.

Ok one Critique... no not a Critique, this is more a question...
How do you plan to carry that amp around  with no handle?

 Huh?

Good question.

I put handles on the speaker cabs but usually not on the heads with the edge string.  Ruins the aesthetic...lol.  If using corner protectors,, yes, it gets a handle.  I usually build a simple case for each head for the cost of materials only.  As you can tell, I don't do this for the extra cash...lol.

Really excellent job Chris
Do have dimensions and is the chassis already drilled for mounting? are they the same as you posted on the other topic, Speakers and Cabs?

I am going to build with wood I think, still designing in my head. I am trying to figure out how to show the glow of the tubes, with a reflective surface inside the cab and some plexiglass maybe, don't know yet.
thx
