I want to go through and check all the voltages inside my BM50, just for fun and to see the relation between different tubes, their voltages, and their effect on tone. The only voltage i am not sure how to check is the center tap on the Output Transformer. I don't want to do it wrong and fry it, so if someone could steer me in the right direction that would be great. thanks!

Cool, thanks! You know what they say about the simplest answer being the most correct I'm anxious to see what effect if any bypassing the HRM tonestack has on the V2 plate voltage values. I know the tone changes dramatically and of course the volume level goes up due to the stack not being there, but I've always been curious at what else might be at play there. Of course now I'll have to wait since the remnants of the latest hurricane are makin it very thunderstormy here. Figures...
