Alright,I found the volume level problem(this thing is loud and sweet) so now the only problem is the PAB and overdrive switches dont work or the pedal(they dont click, light up,nothing).Other than this it seems fine.Any ideas?

Its easy to confuse the wiring of the rear switches and socket and get them the wrong way round. Check against the pics on the site.

Also check you've got the relays the right way round.

Thanks, the relays are the little orange thing, correct?I have them in with the lettering facing the pots, from what I've seen in any pics those are right. After I biased it I noticed if I adjust the OD trim pot all the way clockwise I lose all volume,is this normal? Also if I turn the overdrive or ratio knobs all the way down I lose volume,do these things seem right?,thnaks

OK if you are getting sounds but the relays are not working i.e. not clicking at all check that you have 12volts on them. Do you still get sound with the relays removed?

Nik has said many many times that the switch wiring confuses lots of people because the layout is drawn in a particular way and you might have interpreted it incorrectly. Treble check your switch wiring with the photo of your amp on the site.

hywelg, thanks for the reply's.If I take out the relay closest to the board i dont get anything at all.I cant take out the other  relay unless I remove the switches. Also where do I check for the 12 volts?Iam so excited to get this thing right,I've been playing it and it sounds absolutley fantastic, but I cant wait to get the pedal, and overdrive, ect. working.Any more suggestions?

Follow the wires connecting to the 12v power supply board, they connect to one of  the left most two pins on the relay.

If the relay is in the wring way round it wont work. Try it.

Then check contniuity on your pedal, and check how the 12v supply changes at the relay when you operate the switches.
