What is this modification please to the OTS, is it an addition to the S+M, or different. Thank you -urh found the search key on the top

Hi Tony,
Yes, It was an early S&M. Now Nik does great job on modern OTSs and you don’t need many mods.

but for older ones you recommend it? I've got a March 2008 OTS.
I like the clean channel. Overdrive not that much.

What would your mods cost in parts? (would have to get a tech to install it for me, too...)

Hi Thilo,

Not much really, you need micro switch to switch on and off  V1s 0,05mf negative feedback  capacitor, 0,01mf cap instead of 0,005 between two resistors before the X –terminal, and try different snabbers on the V2 for better drive tone.
