Is there a way to make the boost on the OTS fatter and less harsh?   It's too thin and pretty much worthless.

Hi Greg
I will make some personal observations. I find that this amp performs best when
1. using a C-lator with it. (Drive 2 o'lock. Input max. Output 3 o'lock)
2. When the master volume is up around 3-4. (That is very loud) (I do use an attenuator)
Then I have found that the both the boost and overdrive functions work well.
I find that as the master volume and the C-lator outputs are reduced the thinness and brittleness you mention do increase.

(I have never been able to make it sound good at low volumes.)

Yes. I think that I have found a way to do that : I'm experimenting it on my Serial Tone Killer amp now.

A+!
