I ordered my Overone. I decided to go for the loose top and cab option. Busy ordering a Celestion G12-65. Wat is the best choise an open, semi open (oval opening) or a closed cab? I decided to stick to one speaker. Do I need a 8 or 16 ohm speaker? Title: Re: Open or closed cab? Post by: ChrisL on April 10, 2008, 12:13:29 AM Oval cutout. 8 or 16 ohm..doesn't matter. The 8 is a little more flexible and I've found more desireable should you decide to swap and sell speakers.
