Hey everyone, Im new to the forum as well as Ceriatone! Im excited to say in a few weeks-month or so, I should be rocking out with a OTS FM50. Everyone says this specific model NEEDS a buffered loop, which is why im here.

Ive been looking at the various D-lator style loops around as well as Nik's C-Lator, which seems like a great option. I really dont want any rack units, im trying to keep this setup simple. Upon this search I came across the Fuchs Plush Verbator. Seems like a D-style loop and reverb all in one in a pedal, which would work perfect for my setup.

Does anyone have any experience with this pedal? Also, if so, how does it stack up to lets say the C-Lator? It doesn't seem to have the bright switches, and additional gain stage as far as I can see... do these make a drastic difference?

Thanks in advanced!

I have never used one, but have heard nothing but good things. I wouldn't think you would need the bright switches on the FM, as it is somewhat bright already. It's nice that the serial/parallel option built in as well.

I use a Fuchs Verbrator with my OTS. I've had it for 3 years - fantastic piece of kit, great sounding reverb, very reliable.
