Title: Low end response mods...does anyone have any or know how to? Post by: YourGuitarist on July 20, 2009, 02:41:42 PM After playing the amp for almost a year I've come to really dislike the low frequency range of this amp. I think that it could be warm without being flabby and "farty". This is typical of all fender style amps that I have played.

You can always try lowering the coupling cap after V1b if you dislike the whole amp being too low and flubby. If it's just the OD channel you can put a 0,047uF cap with a parralel 4,7MOhm resistor before the OD entrance( before the 220k resistor which leads to the OD trimmer) Title: Re: Low end response mods...does anyone have any or know how to?
