Title: Looking for the guy selling mods
Post by: fixxe on May 14, 2014, 11:40:26 PM
Some time ago there was a guy selling instruction for mods on the OTS.
I think he was Dutch, but I'm not sure. Does anyone know who it was?
Thanks!

Really don't want to know !!!
And personally I think this is F..ng wrong.
We shear mods here and everywhere for free.
Other question is if somebody fiscally modifies your amp and you pay for it, that's OK. But someone wants to make money on my or other people's ideas?
F..K NO !!!

Honestly, I can't see paying for mods that I'm sure were copied right ff the web to begin with.

before any mod, you should know what you want to address, don't just mod an amp because the mod exists, becuase it's what Dumble did, or others have told you it's better, but make a list of pros and cons of your OTS and what you want to change about it and then seek out the mods that will confirm it to your tastes.

Once you have a list of what you want to address, there are lots here and at The Amp Garage that will help steer you. Mkae ONE change at a time so you can hear the effect and make sure it works.

If you change a lot all at once, you don't know what each change did to the tone and, more important, if the amp doesn't work, you don't know which change was done wrong.
