When i put my amp on jazz there is lot of bass los,a very thin sound (more highs),is this normal?

Yes!

You gotta turn up the bass knob above 7

You might want to use the 'jazz' setting together with the FET input and adjust the FET trim for same gain level as when you use normal input in 'rock' (normal) mode.

yes, it's actually more of the low mids that you lose. IMO this switch is mainly designed for use with hollow bodies as is cuts out alot of the "feedbacky" frequencys. Dumbles tend to be prone to feedback in a good way as it is very musical and transitions very nicley but at loud volumes with a hollow body it can become uncontrolable
